General Information:

Display cases will be delivered to our carriers within five to eight business days on average; from March through July it may take longer. If you are working on less than a two-week deadline, please call us for scheduling after your order is received. Once the carrier receives the package, consider the transit times (see below) to understand when your package will arrive at its destination.

Emergency Services:

At Topnotch Woodworks we understand the need for last-minute requests, and are willing to accommodate them. We’ll try our best to get any item to you via express shipping. (Keep in mind that shipping and handling charges increase significantly for this service based upon the carrier.) If you need urgent service please call us at 570-672-3259 to place your order.

Secure Ordering:

To ensure that you feel safe when placing orders online, we use secured payment processing through Authorize.Net, one of the leaders in secure internet transactions.

National and International Shipping:

We ship via either UPS or U.S. Postal Service to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and Canada.  For overseas orders, please call or email us with your shipping location to confirm. We can also ship via FedEx with your customer account number, as long as you contact us and follow our instructions regarding scheduling, shipping labels, etc.

Shipping to APOs and FPOs:

For military personnel overseas at an APO/FPO, please call or email to provide your contact information, and we'll ship your order via the U.S. Postal Service. APO and FPO orders must ship Priority Mail. Transit times are based on location.

United Parcel Service (UPS):

The below information provides the approximate transit time frames for delivery. These time frames are based on the day that your package is actually shipped, and the destination distance from Elysburg, PA. "Next" day means the next business day (not weekends or holidays). All UPS services provide tracking numbers so you can follow the progress of your package in transit.

UPS Next Day Air Early -- guaranteed by 8:00 a.m.

UPS Next Day Air -- delivery typically by 10:30 a.m.

UPS Next Day Air Saver -- delivery typically by 3:00 p.m.

UPS 2nd Day Air A.M. -- delivery typically by 10:30 a.m.

UPS 2nd Day Air -- delivery typically by end of two days

UPS 3 Day Select -- delivery typically by end of three days

UPS Ground -- delivery in 1–6 days (see map below, using PA as origin)
