Topnotch Woodworks constructs each case within strict tolerances, we assure smooth sanded cases, tight miter joints, quality fabrics and outstanding mounting services. Each case is as important to us, as it is to the veteran. All cases undergo strict inspections before delivery, to ensure accuracy and cleanliness of mounted items.

What is your gaurantee?
Everything Topnotch Woodworks sells is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, return it within 30 days and we will refund the purchase price ( less S&H and a $15.00 restocking fee). Items must be returned postage paid, in original packaging and condition. Customs made orders are excluded.

What is CVV2?
CVV2 is an important security feature for credit card transactions
on the Internet and over the phone. "CVV" stands for "Card
Verification Value" (Discover Card calls it the "Cardmember
ID"). It is the three-digit number printed in the signature space
on the back of most credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, and Discover
cards. The CVV2 number is always the last group of numbers in the signature
space on the back of the card. It is not part
of your regular credit card number.
The CVV2 number enhances fraud protection and helps to validate
two things:
The customer has the credit card in their possession.
The credit card number is legitimate
By helping to prevent credit card fraud, the CVV2 number keeps costs
down for everyone.

Yes we do! We provide you the options to select either UPS, Fed Ex,
and USPS. Rates and times for delivery will vary.

Yes, we will mount your memorabilia. In fact the layout of the memorabilia is the most critical aspect of your display case. Why is it important to have all the memorabilia for my case?
It is extremely important to have all memorabilia prior to mounting to accuracy and precedence of awards. All items are fastened permanently and require an extreme amount of effort to remove or rearrange. Having all items prior to assembly significantly reduces redundancy and damage to your awards.

Can you help me acquarie all the memorabilia for my display case?
YES! We have access to many supplies and contacts to better assist you with finding that special item to complete your display.

What maintanence is required to maintain my display case?
We suggest that you use a water based nonabrasive glass cleaner with a soft cotton rag. For the wood surface, a common house hold furniture polish will keep your display looking new for many years to come.

How far in advance should I place an order to ensure I receive my display case when I need it?
Please allow ample time for assembly and shipping times. Here at Topnotch we work diligently to ensure you receive your case as soon as possible. Typically we ship orders within 8-10 business days. Exception would include custom work. If you need your case under time restraints please E-mail us for availability. Does Topnotch Woodworks do custom work?
Yes, in fact a large portion of our business is custom orders. We will work with our customers from planning to completion. Once you agree to the final plans, we will begin manufacturing. Custom work requires a slightly longer lead time and all orders must be prepaid.

What kind of woods does Topnotch use?
We ONLY use select North American hard woods. We will never use Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) or laminated press board in our products. Here at topnotch we strive to produce high quality products that will be treasured for generations to come.
